1) WORK RELATED TO PROPOSED INTERIOR REMODELING & RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS
SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING BUILDING CODES: 2015 I.B.C., I.M.C., I.P.C., I.F.G.C.,
I.F.C., AND 2009 I.E.C.C. AS WELL AS MANUFACTURERS' REQUIREMENTS.
2) REFER TO PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING REQUIREMENTS AND
INSPECTIONS POLICY.
3) ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH ASPEN GLEN P.U.D.'s ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS,
THE P.U.D. GUIDE, AND THE FINAL PLAT.
4) PROPOSED INTERIOR REMODELING & RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS ARE APPROVED AS
TYPE V-B CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY GROUP A-2 (ASSEMBLY USE: RESTAURNTS,
TAVERNS & BARS).
5) IMPACT(S) OF PROPOSED INTERIOR REMODELING & RENOVATION PROJECT ON EXISTING
N.F.P.A. 13 AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY
THE LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. CONTACT FIRE DISTRICT FOR ALL I.F.C. REQUIREMENTS AND
PROVIDE LETTER/REPORT FROM FIRE DISTRICT AT TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION. ALSO
PROVIDE FINAL APPROVALS FROM FIRE DISTRICT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
6) VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH EGRESS REQUIREMENTS PER I.B.C., CHAPTER 10. LOCKS,
LATCHES & LANDINGS PER SECTION 1010 AND PANIC HARDWARE PER SECTION 1010.1.10.
VERIFY EXIT DIRECTIONAL SIGN & EMERGENCY LIGHTING LOCATIONS PRIOR TO ELECTRICAL
ROUGH -IN INSPECTION.
7) ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS PER 2015 I.B.C., CHAPTER 11 AND ICC A117.1-2009
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING: PARKING, ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES, PUBLIC RESTAURANT/BAR
AREAS AND RESTROOM(S).
8) LIGHT, VENTILATION & TEMPERATURE CONTROLS AS PER 2015 I.B.C., CHAPTER 12. NEW
MECHANICAL/HEATING SYSTEMS SHALL COMPLY WITH I.M.C. AND I.E.C.C. —SECTION 503.
MECHANICAL ROUGH -IN INSPECTION REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION.
9) PLUMBING SHALL COMPLY WITH I.P.C. & I.F.G.C. REQUIREMENTS, AND PLUMBING ROUGH -
IN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION.
10) POSTING OF MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD IS REQUIRED AS PER I.B.C., SECTION 1004.3.
11) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL
APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
