Commercial Properties Exemption, Lot 1 1) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.) AND MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS & SPECIFICATIONS. 2) THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR FOUNDATION REPAIRS ONLY. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURE - IF DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE ENGINEER - WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT. 3) ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL FIELD VERIFY INSTALLATION OF STRUCTURAL RESISTANCE DRIVEN PIERS AT UNDERPINNING OF EXISTING FOUNDATION/FOOTINGS. ENGINEER'S STAMPED APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION. 4) IF ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL FOUNDATION DEFICIENCIES ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK, IT MAY REQUIRE SUBSEQUENT ENGINEER EVALUATION AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL REPAIR DETAILS AS NECESSARY. 5) IF GAS METER IS DISCONNECTED, A GAS PIPE PRESSURE TEST AND INSPECTION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR METER RECONNECTION. 6) FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION BY GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING DEPT. IS REQUIRED AFTER COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
