Thank you for the quick response. The amount due for the plan review is $937.14 + $100.00 for the
grading permit application for a total amount due of $1037.14. That amount can certainly be paid over
the phone with a credit card, we just don't accept American Express.
Thank you,
Lindsay Krol

Hello Lindsay,
thank you for your second email. Tate is out in the field on an emergency well situation and I
volunteered to respond.
Please let this email serve as our notice of intent to use the structure for our personal use and storage.
May I ask you to please amend the building permit to reflect that use?
If you would let me know how I can get the payment for the plan review fee for the building permit to
you and the amount, I could arrange for the payment. If I could give you a CC number that would even
be better than I would not have to come into the building ( which I would prefer being an older
person).
Many thanks Lindsay, I appreciate your help!

This is my second attempt to follow up with you on the application you submitted for a
proposed commercial storage building. I understand that our planner, Glenn Hartmann,
reached out to you regarding some possible land use issues and what the steps would be to
move forward with a land use application. I cannot process a building permit application if
there are outstanding land use issues. You have a couple of options. You could move
forward with a land use application and submit the building permit application
simultaneously. You would risk forfeiting any plan review fees paid for the building permit if,
for some reason, the land use application was denied. The other option would be to amend
your building permit application from commercial to residential and submit a letter stating
that the structure will be for residential use and storage. Please let me know how you would
like to proceed. Whichever way you decide to proceed, the plan review fees for the building
permit are due before the application can be entered into our queue for review. Currently,
the application has been set to the side until you contact me and tell me how you would like
to proceed and pay the fees that are due.
Thank you,
Lindsay Krol
