of the subject property line as shown.
4) Basis of Survey: various documents of record, the title commitment outlined
in note 5 and the found survey monuments, as shown.
5) This survey does not constitute a title search by Sopris Engineering, LLC (SE)
to determine ownership or easements of record. For all information regarding
easements, rights of way and/or title of record the title commitment prepared
by Land Title Guarantee Company GW63008206 with an effective date of
July 25, 2013
6.) Basis of Elevation: Project based on an elevation of 6196.72' (NAVD 88)
on the NGS station "D-156" this established the site benchmark elevation
of 6174.25' on the found #5 rebar and 1.25" yellow plastic cap stamped
"SGM" "L.S. #15710" monumenting the southwesterly boundary corner of
the subject property, as shown
7.) Contour Interval: One -Half (0.50') foot.
8.) Flood Zone designation of subject property shown as ZONE C, (areas of minimal
flooding) which was obtained from the Federal Emergancy Management Agency
(FEMA), Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Map 080234 1859A panel 1859 of 1900 with
an effective date of February 5, 1986.
9.) The linear unit used in the preparation of this plat is the U.S. survey foot as
defined by the United States Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards
and Technology.
