Buildine Permit CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. An elevation survey, sealed by a Colorado professional licensed surveyor, is requíred at
framing inspection to verify that as-built roofs comply with Garfield County's 25-foot
building height limit as defined in the Land Use Development Code.
2. Forfuture file record, main level living space has large vaulted ceíling open to below
(per 42.2 upper level floor plan layout). Any future additions to upper level floor area,
property owner must first submit new building application, floor plans and framing
detail for Garfíeld County staff consideration under the Aspen Glen PUD, Land Use
Development Code (LUDC)and l.R.C. Building Code in effect at time of future build.
3. Open hole soils report requíred at footing inspection, 1500 psf
4. Electrical permitting & inspections are bythe Colorado State Electrical Board. Electrical
rough-in approval is required at framing inspection. Electrical final approval is required
at final building inspection and certificate of occupancy.
