Dear Mr. Waller,
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo), a Colorado Corporation doing business as Xcel
Energy, is requesting Board of County Commissioner (BOCC) review and determination for a
Director-referred unlisted use (Garfield County Land Use Development Code (LUDC) 3-402
Cl(b) of a temporary construction fly yard (TCFY) required to completed critical operation and
maintenance work on PSCo's 9256 ftansmission line.
We discovered a minor error in the information provided in ourRequestfor Unlisted Use approval
sent on July l, 2020. The request indicated that active construction would occur for a one-week
period. We would like to request this duration to be changed to three-weeks. The period of active
construction is expected to begin July 20,2020 and completed by August 9'2020.
We appreciate you making this letter part of the record for our request.
