I wish to extend a courtesy update to let you know I have finished the architectural and structural code revíew for your
new single-family dwelling along CR 218, Silt, Colorado.
At this time there are no corrections to be made to the blueprints. However, as the DRIVEWAY PERMIT checkbox was
left unchecked on the application form, I am not certain f you have obtained a DRIVEWAY PERMIT with our Garfíeld
County Road & Bridge Department? Or f Road & Bridge staff have confirmed your lot location is exempt from said
driveway permit? Road & Bridge can be reached at (970) 625-8601. You will want to be assured of having access to
the buildíng site, I highly encourage you contact them as soon as possible so as to not encounter delays or surprise
during construction. The owner of the property is responsible for obtaining the driveway permít.
