The Bisplinghoff patio expansion at 108 Midland Loop is approved with the following conditions
Plans need to note:
1. Remove notes on the plan that shouldn't be part of this project (enclosed patio, sliders to
patio).
2. Possible new retaining wall will not exceed 30 inches and stay within the building envelope.
3. Columns and footings will stay within the building envelope.
4. All railings, \Mood, stucco and stone will match existing.
5. A revision must be submitted for any shrubs or trees removed.
6. The adjacent lot must not be used without lot owner written permission and a copy submitted
to the DRC Administrator. If approval is received, the lot must be reseeded and watered
appropriately to ensure growth.
Also, this project requires a $500 Construction Road Access Fee. I have attached a copy of the
DRC Fee Policy for your review, along with a copy of the Construction Rules and Regulations
that need to be signed and returned by the homeowner as well as the contractor.
