3) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY
1,500 P.S.F. SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
4) ELECTRTCAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERT|F|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER
PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR
BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS.
ó) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
