To whom it may concern,
Please advise thai on address 978 Callicote Ranch Road Carbondale, CO - As the
owner of the property I will imply that I have installed downspout adapters and
extended 4" pipe to daylight around the foundation. Also, im going to install 10'
of heat tape down to the 4" pipe to prevent any freàzing. I w¡l¡ take full
responsibility of any other problems that may arise, Please call me if you have any
questions.
