Thanks for being patient! l'm just finishing your buílding code review for the new steel building at2299 Road 3LL
outside New Castle.
Two questions:
t. Please confirm this new detached steel building on concrete footings, will be used as a private use, resídential
garage by the property owners only, correct? Not for use as a commercial business wíth employees or outside
customers. Confirmatíon will allow me to fínish the zoning compliance review of this building application.
The building will only be used for personal use. Maínly to store my RV and boat. NO commercial use.
2. Will you be installing floor, wall, ceiling insulation and/or finished drywall as part of this permit scope, Yes /
no? Answer will help me correctly fígure the correct building permit fee cost for your permit.
The building will have a concrete floor per the foundation drawings. The walls and ceilíng wlll be insulated. There will
not be any drywall. There will not be any partition walls withín the structure. Just the 4 exterior walls.
