3) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY
2,OOO P.S.F. SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
4) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAT
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER
PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR
BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS.
