ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.

AGRICULTURAL LANDS, ITEM E. DITCHES. NO CONSTRUCTION DISTURBANCE TO
OCCUR IN THE PLATTED IRRIGATION EASEMENT, CONTRACTOR IS ENCOURAGED
TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION FENCING, WADDLES / SILT FENCING OR OTHER
MEASURES DURING LIFE OF CONSTRUCTION.
