BEDROOM WINDOW AND REPLACING WITH SLIDING GLASS
DOOR, CREATING A NEW CONCRETE LANDING TO SERVE
THE NEW DOOR, AND TO ADD A WET BAR SINK TO THE
EXISTING FAMILY ROOM.

REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST,

BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WALL FRAME AND HEADER DETAILS AT EXTERIOR (BEDROOM WINDOW
opENtNG) UNKNOWN AT TtME OF PLAN REVIEW. TO BE VERTFTED FOLLOWING
DEMOLTTTON WORK. STRUCTURAL ENGTNEERTNG DETAIL (OR AS-BUILT FRAMING
APPROVAL) MAY APPLY AT FRAMING INSPECTION AND/OR AT THE DISCRETION
OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR BASED ON OBSERVED CONDITIONS,
5) COURTESY MESSAGE FOR ROBIN RYAN AND JEFF KEHR: WE UNDERSTAND THIS IS
AN OCCUPIED RESIDENCE. SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT ON REOUESTED
INSPECTION DATES TO PROVIDE THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ACCESS TO THE
PREMISES. GARFIELD COUNry BUILDING INSPECTORS WILL NOT ACCESS AN
