ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) BUILDTNG PERMTT APPLICATION REOUEST lS FOR AN UNHEATED,
UNCONDITIONED GARAGE SPACE WITH NO INSULATION AND DRYWALL
FINISHES. FLOOR LEVEL OVER THE GARAGE IS PROPOSED AS GARAGE STORAGE
ONLY AND REMAINS OPEN TO THE GARAGE FLOOR LEVEL BELOW,
6) IF CURRENT OR FUTURE OWNERS WISH TO CONVERT UNHEATED GARAGE TO A
HEATED GARAGE AND/OR FINISHED LIVING SPACE, THEN CONTRACTOR IS
ENCOURAGED TO CONSIDER 2OO9 IECC TABLE 4O2.2.5INCLUDING RIGID
INSULATION AT CONCRETE SLAB EDGE AND FOUNDATION PERIMETER, AND
REFERENCE INSULATION AND MECHANICAL HEATING SYSTEM REOUIREMENTS IN
THE PLAN ATTACHMENTS STAPLED TO THE FIELD COPY OF PLANS.
