RE: Driveway Permit Exemption for our CR 102 project
This letter confirms the findings of the Garfield County Road and Bridge Department that
we are exempt from needing a Driveway Permit due to the fact that the driveway we are
constructing does not intersect with the county roadways. We enter our property from the
existing driveway of our neighbor, Adam Sahnow, and were granted an easement for that
use as a condition of the purchase of our lot. I have included documentation of that
easement in my permit application packet.
