SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCÏURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS.
