Final Acceptance Letter
OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6896
June 21, 2021
Mr. Placek,
On June 11, 2021, we visited your residence at 725 Spring Park Ridge near
Carbondale in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the septic tank replacement
pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-6896. The existing poly septic tank had been
removed, and the new 1,500-gallon two-compartment poly septic tank had been
installed in the same excavation as the historic tank. Per our observations, the tank was
installed level. The contractor had installed risers on the tank to bring access to grade
and installed a new effluent filter in the outlet tee of the new tank. In our opinion, this
tank was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No
further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding
this permit.
Thank you,
Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
