2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS
CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING
REOUIREMENTS". NUMBER REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO
SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY
2,OOO P.S.F. SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
4) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) THT APPLICANT WILL TAKE ANY NECESSARY MEASURES AS DICTATED BY
GARFIELD COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE AND/OR GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING
DIVISION TO ENSURE GRADING & DRAINAGE ON SITE IS APPROPRIATE AND
FUNCTIONAL AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT (as per land use file approval)

WITH SECTION 7-3O4 LIGHTING STANDARDS, LUDC (as per land use file
approval)

SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER
PROJECÏIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR
BUILDING ENVETOPE REOUIREMENTS.
