The contractor had installed the 2,000-gallon septic tank, high -head pump, effluent lines, automatic distributing valve, and four gravelless chamber trenches as designed by CBO, Inc. Cleanouts were installed as required along the effluent line and between the house and the septic tank. Risers were installed on the septic tank and automatic distributing valve, as required. Effluent lines and laterals consisted of 1.5-inch diameter Schedule 40 PVC. Laterals were zip -tied to the top of the chambers, with 5132-inch diameter orifices every three -feet on -center. The first and last orifices on the laterals pointed down to allow for drainage. All other orifices pointed up. Each trench consisted of 12 ARC 36 chambers per trench (48 chambers total, 720 ft2 STA). In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. "Ted" White, P.E.
