BOARD, ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGAïION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) ENGTNEER SHALL BE ON S|TE DURTNG PIER, PILE OR CAISSON INSTALLATION
PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION,
ó) ENGINEERED SEPTIC SYSTEM: ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
(OWTS)TO BE INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE
STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
8) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO L|CENSED SURVEYLOR, 15
REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPËCTION TO VERIFY ACÏUAL BUILDING HEIGHT.
9) A FLOODPLATN ELEVATTON CERTTFTCATE (FEMA FORM 81-31), SEALED BY A
COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION
TO VERTFY FLOOR ELEVATTON rS ONE (1) FOOT MTNTMUM ABOVE FLOODPLATN
ELEVATION.
10)CONDITION OF PERMIT: ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE
BASIC CHARACTER OR TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE
1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN MUST FIRST OBTAIN A "FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT" THROUGH GARFIELD COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
1 1) RE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERTNG FOR TNSPECTOR AT TtME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
