This is A-2 occupancy, Type V-B construction
Description of work includes minimal drywall removal,
relocate kitchen waste and water lines because of close
proximity to breaker box, re -pipe lavatory water supplies
with unit shutoffs. Install new tub and tub/shower valves.
1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE
(I.R.C.), 2015 I.P.C. I.M.C. I.F.G.C. AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY
CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED
IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBER
REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) MAINTAIN MEMBRANE PENETRATION PROTECTION IN ALL FIRE -RESISTIVE
ASSEMBLIES PURSUANT TO THE 2015 I.B.C., chapters 5-7.
5) IF OWNER / CONTRACTOR HAS OBSERVED MOLD UPON DEMOLITION, OWNER IS
ENCOURAGED TO SUPPLY MOLD MITIGATION LETTER FROM QUALIFIED
PROFESSIONAL ASSURING MOLD IS APPROPRIATELY REMOVED.
6) IF STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOUNTERED DURING DEMOLITION, AN
ENGINEER'S LETTER MAYBE REQUIRED AT TIME FOR FRAME INSPECTION. FIELD
