OWTS Permit #: SEPT-7048
August 24, 2021
John,
On August 20, 2021, we visited the site at 8714 County Road 300 near Parachute in
Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-
7048. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line, the new
cleanout adjacent to the building, a new 1,000-gallon two -compartment septic tank, the new
effluent line, the manifold, and the two -row chamber bed. The septic tank was installed level
with access brought to grade. An effluent filter was present in the outlet tee of the septic tank.
The chamber bed rows were level, and consisted of 9 Qu1ck4 chambers per row, for 18 total
chambers (216 ft2). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each corner of the bed. In our
opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS
Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required
regarding this permit. Please provide an As -Built drawing of the system, when available, for our
files.
Thank your
