Thanks for reviewing them so fast! I just started working on them this afternoon and have the following comments 1-. Please get a set of plans to the local fire district. I think it is Bill Gavette in Carbondale. He will review the sprinkler and alarm design and will do the various fire code inspections. He can be reached aT.963-249L. Willdo. 1. There appear to be some code issues related to Sec 404.2.3.2 Swinging Doors of the ICC 4L17.1-2009 for doors R, S, T, and U for minimum clearances for maneuverability at the doors. Getting from Hall 2 into Hall 1 may also have some door clearance issues. OK, I'll check these. 1. Access into the building from the parking lot appears to not have any steps and is wheelchair accessible. Any changes in elevation could be addressed with a short ramp. It is fully accessible, with no steps. L. The pool itself might need to be accessible but I will leave that for the owner to decide We decided to not include a tift into the pool, since it's a private facility. L, 2. I think other items might come up but could be addressed with redlines Andy Thanks! Steve Steven A.
