CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,

ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT

RECORD),
7) A FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (FEMA FORM 81-31), SEALED BY A
COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION
TO VERTFY FLOOR ELEVATION lS ONE (1) FOOT MlN. ABOVE FLOODPLAIN
