4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGAÏION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL F¡RE DISTRICT.
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.

ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT

7) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAUSIGN-OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNry'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT.
8) COURTESY INFORMATION: GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND PROPERTY OWNER ARE
ADVISED OF SUBDIVISION PLAT NOTES 1ó & 17 PERTAINING TO FOUNDATION
PERTMETER DRAINS AND TESTING FOR RADON GAS (RECEPTION 889891).
