Dear Ashley Adams,
The Design Review Committee of Coryell Ranch has reviewed your plans for Lot 8,437
Coryell Ranch Road dated 8.28.2I for Final Approval. Thank you for addressing all of the
previous comments. The plans have been approved.
A check for the Road Impact Fee will need to be received in the amount of $2,931.00. This is
based on the total size of the home being 4,885 SF using the formula as described in section
2.II of the DRC guidelines. Before groundbreaking begins we will also need a check of
$30,000 for the completion deposit that will be held in a specific escrow account. This deposit
will be held until such time as the DRC confirms that construction, landscape and irrigation
systems of the home have been completed as per the approved plans per the guidelines Sec 6.1.
Please have your General Contractor meet with us prior to mobilization to discuss access and
specific site staging.
Please bring any construction revisions to our attention during the construction process. Let us
know if there are any other questions.
