date of 8/23/t9.

Hello Ruben or Elíel,
l've started reviewing your building permit applicatÍon and blueprínts and need to request 2 thíngs:
Please email a copy of the Kumar and Associates geotechnical report, project number 20-7-557 to
cwirth@garfield-countv.com. I need to read the report before signing off on the structural and zoning reviews
the building permit.
Please contact Garfield County Road & Bridge Dept staff at (970) 625-860L, and ask them how to obtain a
DRIVEWAY PERMIT or otherwise confirm your job site is exempt from requirements of a DRIVEWAY
PERMIT. Any emailed exemption letters or a DRIVEWAY PERMIT NUMBER from Road & Bridge wíll satisfy my
needs for putting documentation ínto your building file.
For your general awareness, the rest of the building plans examination has gone very well and I don't have other
corrections on the plans received.
