At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line, the new cleanout adjacent to the building, a new 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the new distribution box, and the three chamber trenches. The septic tank and distribution box were installed level, with access brought to grade. An effluent filter was present in the outlet tee of the septic tank. Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. The system had been backfilled prior to our inspection. However, we received as letter from the system designer that included photos of the system prior to backfill. The designer also indicated the system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
