Structura I Corrections:
This morníng I started reviewing structural details for the proposed garage and am concerned the snowload design moy
nof meet Garfield County codes. Garfield County Building Dept snowload is measured at roof, not ground. Properties
up to 7,000 ft elevation requíre a minimum 40 PSF (or flat roof snow load Pf = 40 psf). Sheets LL0 and 170 indicate
snowload at ground Pg = 40 psf and a lower Pf of 33.6 psf. Please check with Cleary Building Corp to ensure you have a
building design adequate for the lot. lf Karl Lemmenes, Cleary Building Corp engineer of record, has available revísed
snowload design critería to update the file records, you may email new information to cwirth@garfield-
countv.com. For your benefit below is a link to our websíte for viewing building requírements, feel free to share this
