ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FI CATE OF OCCUPANCY,
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1,5OO
PsF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION. (Contractor to ensure
footing / foundation is adequately protected from frost, freeze, snow during winter
conditions.)
6) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING BUILDING AND ROOF PROJECTIONS -. IS LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN
THE SUBJECT LOT BOUNDARIES AND REPRESENTS DISTANCE TO ADJACENT LOT
LINES, WITH SURVEYED FINDINGS CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE BUILT
STRUCTURE ADHERES TO SHEET D-1 FIRE PROTECTION AND 2015 IRC SECTION
302, TABLE 302.1(1).
7) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
