Hi Andy,
I'm reaching out to you regarding our water well on our property. When we purchased the land which our address is
now L290 Linda Ave Silt, CO the previous owner had already ínstalled electrícity and was in the process of installing the
water well. When we bought it he passed all that information over to us and we continued the process of the water
well.
Jon, our contractor told us you needed the permit information I have attached to this email and also our invoíce for who
drilled our water well. Please let me know what else you need from us in regards to the water well.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
Thìs well shatl be used ln such a way as to cäuse no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit does not
ensure that no injury witl occur to ånother vÊ$ted wäter right or preclude another owher of a vested water right from seeking
relief in a civil court action.
The construction of this wett shatt be in complÍance with the Water We[[ Construction Rules 7 çCR 407.-2, unless approval of a
variance has been grânted by the State Board of Examiners ofWater Wetl Construction and Pump lnstattation Contractors in
accordance with Rule 18.
Approved pursuant to CRS 37-90-137(2), on the condition ihat this wetl is operated in accordance with the West Divide Water
Conservancy Ðistrict Augmentatìon Flan approved by the Division 5 Water Court in case no. AZCWO1Z3.lf this wetl is not
operaÈed in accordance with the terms of said decree, it wilt be subject to administratlon lnctudfng orders to cease diverting
water, WÐWCD contract #1 903205D1ia).
The use of ground water from this wett ls tlmlted to ordinary household purposes inside one (l ) singte famity dwetting, the
irrlgation of not more than 15,500 square feet of home gardens and tawns, and the watering of ten (1fl) domestic animalr.
The pumping rate gf this well shatt not exceed 15 GPM.
The annual withdrawal of ground water from this wetl shall not exceed 1 ,47 acre-foot (479,Q00 galtons).
The return flow from the use of this well must be through an individual waste water disposat system of the non-evaporätive type
where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the welt is located.
The owner shalt mark the wett in a conspicuous location with well permit number{s}, name of the aquifer, and court case
number(s) as aÞproÞriate. The owner shatt take ne€essary means and precautions tc preserve these markings.
A totalizing flow meter must be lnstalled on this wetl and maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions
must be malntained by the wett Õwner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request.
Pursuant to Rute 6.2.3 of the Water Wel[ Construction Rules, the welt constru€tion contractor shall submit the as-built well
location on work reports required by Rute 17.1 within 60 days of comptetion of the wett. ïhe measured location must be
accurate to 200 feet of the actuat location. Ihe {ocatíon information must inctude a GPS location (UïM coordinates) pursuant to
the Division of Water Resôurces' guidelines.

Thc next step is to obtâin a well permit from the Colorado Ðivision of ly'ater Resources office in
tlenwood Springs.
A totalizing flow meter must be installed on yorrr existing well. It must be maint¿ined and kept in
gootl working orcler. In September, V/est Divide requests an annual meter reading. Non-compliance
with measuring and reporting lequirements are grounds for cancellation of this contract, which
could result in action by the Çolorado Division of Water Resources to curtail further use of the
weli. Also enclosed is some information regarding acquiring a meter,
