ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION,
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR, PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS RFPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (4,000 PSF).
7) ENTIRETY OF STRUCTURE SHALL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE PLATTED BUILDING
ENVELOPE, AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT
CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
VERIFYING THAT THE STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND
OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING
ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS,
