4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.

BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.

WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS,
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES, HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
