AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
s) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2.5OO
PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY, PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
ó) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS
REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY ACTUAL BUILDING HEIGHT,
