HomeMy WebLinkAboutFinal Acceptance Letter from PH 11.30.2021Garfield County Public Health Department – working to promote health and prevent disease Public Health Devon and Craig Spaulding 10441 County Road 311 Silt, CO 81652 Via email: cspaulding19@gmail.com; dspaulding@mountainfamily.com Subject: Final Acceptance Letter 10441 County Road 311 Silt, CO 81652 OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6886 November 30, 2021 Devon and Craig, On November 17, 2021, we visited the residence under construction at 10441 County Road 311 near Silt in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-6886. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, the distribution box, and the four gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. An effluent filter had been installed in the outlet tee of the septic tank. The chamber trenches were level, with 4-feet between the trenches. Each trench consisted of 11 Quick4 chambers per trench (44 total, 528 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at the distal end of each trench. Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations.
