Maria Morgan in accordance with C.R.S. Title 38, Article 51 under my
direct supervision, responsibility and checking and that the information
shown hereon is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,
however it is not a warranty or guaranty, either expressed or implied.

An easement for the purpose of repair, replacement and maintenance of a septic
system leach field, said easement encumbering a portion of Lot 2, Irwin Subdivision
Exemption, said easement being situated in the SEI/4 of Section 21, Township 7 South,
Range 89 West of the Sixth P.M., County of Garfield, State of Colorado, said easement
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
(Bearings as recited in this description are based upon a record bearing of N89°53'50"E
for the North line of Lot 1 of the Irwin Subdivision Exemptlon(Rec. No. 466581). Monuments
found In the field are a No. 6 rebar at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 and a 1-1/4" plastic
cap, PLS No. 19598 at the Northeast corner of Lot 1. Linear units are In US Survey feet.)
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 2 from whence the Northwest corner of
said Lot 2 bears N00°14'00"E 975.82 feet; thence departing said West line N90°00'00"E
41.03 feet; thence S00°00'00"E 30.22 feet; thence S45°18'58"W 58.11 feet to a point on
said West line; thence along said West line N00°14'00°E 71.08 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Said easement encumbering an area of 2,082 square feet as described herein.
