ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT,
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT rS REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (2,000 PSF).
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE _
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE REOUIREMENTS,
8) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS
REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY ACTUAL BUILDING HEIGHT
