ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINALAPPROVAL / SIGN.OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNry'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT,

STRUCTURAL FRAMING PLAN PAGES WERE PROVIDED FOR PLAN REVIEW.

REMODEL APPLICATION -. IT IS IMPERATIVE THE BUILDER ENSURE THE NEW ADU
REMAINS SEPARATED FROM THE GARAGE, ENSURE NO DOOR OPENINGS FROM
GARAGE SPACE (AND VAULTED OPEN TO BELOW OR BALCONIES OVER GARAGE
WORKSHOP) COMMUNTCATE W|TH ANY OPEN ROOM PROPOSED FOR SLEEPING.
DOORS BETWEEN GARAGE AND THE ADU TO BE MINIMUM 20 MIN FIRE RATED DOOR
OR EOUIVALENT. CREATION OF THE ADU ABOVE MAY RESULT IN ALTERATION /
MINOR REMODEL TO THE EXISTING HALL STAIRWAY AND GARAGE WORKSHOP
