Courtesy Update: I am now starting the review for your basement ADU project (receipted December 7) and
have some questíons. l'm trying to confirm where the existing basement is located and how many habitable
living structures you have on the property. Please bear with me as l'm getting caught up with your lot history
and understanding of our Garfield County records.
i.. Do you currently have one primary dwelling unit with full sized kitchen facilities in the older L963
residence? Yes, this is our primary residence
2. May I confirm, the new basement ADU is proposed for addition within the existing basement of the
1963 residence? The ADU is NOT located in the basement. lt will be built above thq BLRE-05-L3-2847
workshop prefab detached garage 23L4 sq ft
3. Are there other dwelling units with full-sized kitchens on the same lot currently? No
4. lf there is any additional habitable living spaces on the same lot, please explain structure location,
number of bedrooms / bathrooms / kitchen facilities, so I have an accurate understanding of the built
conditions and how that might impact a new review for the basement ADU. No
