Dear Colleen:
This letter is to confirm that the proposed outdoor living / hardscape areas at 226 Brookie will
not adversely effect drainage. Alterations have been proposed to improve the drainage swale
located in the north west corner of the property. This will reduce puddling that currently occurs
in that area.
