I am having he plans updated as I spoke about with Travis. I have a team member working on this right now and will have them over to you for review and submission shortly. Thank you Bradley, Thanks for forwarding me this correction. I checked the county's snow requirement and it does state the minímum roof design snow load (not ground snow load). I am learning that several counties in Colorado go by roof load instead of ground, so I will keep this in mind for future projects in CO. I updated the calculations to reflect 50 psf roof snow load, and all of the members still work. No changes are required to the plans, so you can forward this email to the county for their record or I can reach out to them dírectly. Please let me know which you prefer. Apologies for any confusion. lndeed over the course of the last year my wife and I have debated different use ideas around this structure f barn but we landed on only utílizing it as an equipment barn and not an ADU, which is probably why different versions of the drawings over different time periods created older edits / strike outs. lt will be heated and insulated and will have a bathroom in it (sink, toilet and shower), but it's use wíll be for ranch equipment and storage. I will build a simple work bench area and will store a tractor, some UTV's and other vehicles and equipment. lf you need me to I am happy to send you a signed letter as requested, ís an email / soft copy sufficient?
