BOARD, ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PRE-FABRTCATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
ó) opEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. VERIFY 2,500 PSF. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL
ENGINEERS REPORT TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FOOTING INSPECTION.
