To exerc¡se ¡ts warranty r¡ghts, Holder must notìfy lnf¡ltrator ¡n wr¡t¡ng at ìts Co¡porate Headquarters in Old Saybræk, Connecticut w¡thin fifteen (15) days of the alleged defect. lnf¡lftator will suppfy replacement Units for Units determined by lnliltrator to be covered by thìs Limited Waranty. lnfiltrator's l¡abil¡ty specìf¡cally excludes the cost of removal and/or installat¡on of the Units. This Limited Warranty shåll be void if the Holder fails lo comply with a¡l ot the terms set forlh in this Limited Waranty. Further, in no event shall lnfillrator be responsible lor any loss or damage to the Holder, the Units, or any third party resulling from inslallation or shipment, or from any product l¡ability claims of Holder or any third party.
