Sprinklers Requirements - Coryell Ranch 8¿ Midland Point
Bill,
I have reviewed our previous fire flow test data for the Midland Point and Coryell Ranch Subdivisions' The test indicate
that the Roaring Fork Water & Sanitation District's water system that serves those subdivisions is capable of providing
flows of at least 2,000 gallons per minute.
Based on the fire flow analysis, homes with fire areas of 6,200 square feet or less may be constructed in Midland Pont or
Coryell Ranch Subdivisions without automatic fire sprinkler systems. This is consistent with the lnternational Fire Code,
2009 edition, adopted by Garfield County
