3) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRIC
BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW / APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL / SIGN OFF FROM
GARFIELD COUNry'S PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT,

8) NOTICE TO OWNER: BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED FOR PRIVATE
RESIDENTIAL USE, ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN USE OR BUILDING OCCUPANCY MAY
BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT, PLAN REVIEW AND/OR LAND USE
APPROVALS.
9) AS.BUILT BUILDING FRAMING ALTERATIONS MAY REOUIRE DEFERRED FRAMING
DETAILS AND/OR APPROVAL BY THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD. IT
