ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WtLDFIRE MITIcATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO
ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT
TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR (3,000 PSF).
ó) PRE ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS,
8) MAIN LEVEL ARCHITECTURAL SHEET 41.2 DEPICTS AN ATTACHED'ART STUDIO'
LOCATED NORTH OF THE ATTACHED GARAGE. 'ART STUDIO' HAS BEEN
REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE ONLY ACCEESSORY SPACE TO THE RESIDENCE.
STUDIO IS NOTAPPROVED FOR USE AS A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS SPACE. ANY
FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING USE OR OCCUPANCY MAY BE SUBJECT TO NEW
BUILDING PERMITS, REVIEWS AND/OR LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT & APPROVALS'
