Will the spaces marked 'storage' have finished drywall, insulation, rough-in and final electric, space heating conditíoning? Yes.2. Are spaces marked 'storage' contemplated for future change in use to finished habitable living areas? No'3. Do spaces marked 'storage' have a mínimum of 7 ft ceiling height with a smoke detectors ínterconnected with rest of the residentíal livíng spaces? Theceiling profile looks like the attached sketch. We are waiting on the prefabricated Üuss shop drawings to get exact measurements (it is basically aportal truss). lt is basically a low clearance storage loft for storage items and boxes. We weren't really considering ¡t hab¡table space under SectionR305. We WILL put smoke detectors up there though.....just out of good measure, and because it is considered a place smoke would accumulate (highspot). The owners wanted a stair to he¡p ¡n gett¡ng stuff up there, rather than wrestling big ¡tems up a pull down ladder.PAelLoaçÊr'ce oo?y eb-trftIr'-Þ,,_I1.
