ENGINEER OF RECORDS SOIL EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL REPAIR PLAN.
2) THIS PERMtT ts tssuED FoR FoUNDATTON REPAIRS ONLY. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS TO THE
RESIDENTIAL BUITDING STRUCTURE - IF DEEMED NECESSARY - MAY REQUIRE A
SEPARATE BUILDING PERMlT. IF ADDlTIONAL STRUCTURAL DEFICIENCIES ARE
ENCOUNTERED DURING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK, THEN A SUBSEQUENT
EVALUAT]ON AND STRUCTURAL DETAILS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY FROM THE
ENGINEER OF RECORD.
3) ENGTNEER OF RECORD SHALL FTELD VERIFY INSTALLATION OF (16) PUSH PIERS ARE
COMPLETED PER REPAIR PLAN. ENGINEER'S STAMPED APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED
AT BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION.
4) tF cAS METER ¡S DTSCONNECTED, A GAS PIPE PRESSURE TEST AND INSPECTION MAY BE
REQUIRED FOR METER RECONNECTION.
5) FTNAL BUtLDtNG tNSPECT|ON By GARFTELD COUNTY BUILDING DEPT lS REQUIRED AFTER
COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
