See attached our excavation plan. This project is a maintenance project. We are just digging down to an
existing pipe, inspecting the pipe, and then refilling the trench we just excavated.
t. What is our grading plan? There is no grading plan, we are not changing the existing grade. We
will excavate the pipe for inspection and then backfill to match existing grade.
2. What willthe backfill be like? The excavated, native dirt will be used to backfillonce the
inspection is completed.
3. What drainage plans do we have? Due to size and scope no drainage plan is designed,
excavation activities will use industry best practices with regard to silt fence/straw swaddles to prevent
erosion and dispersion offsite.
4. Add anything you can that's pert¡nent and easily added. Pipe will be excavated in order to
complete AUT inspection and then backfilled. Excavation is expected to be open for approximately 1
week, dependent on findings.
